~𝑨𝒏𝒏𝒆 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒌

One of the most effective ways I have discovered to get off my drunken state of fear, anger, bitterness, pain, confusion, bad blood and energy is by writing. Writing has a not-so-pronounced way of sobering one up.
Even when the lips cannot utter words, the pen can do so. Even a letter or two on paper can bring that miraculous feeling of soberness and clarity.

𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒘𝒉𝒚 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝒘𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈?

It's because our minds are capable of accumulating all manner of stuff - the good, the bad, and the ugly; many of which should not remain there. So, when we cannot release them by word of mouth, we can do so by wielding the pen.
𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝒐𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒑𝒂𝒑𝒆𝒓?

Allow them break loose by spilling the ink. Spill without a thought of how stained the paper sheets are. Pour them all out! And yes, the words don't have to make sense. After all, sense is relative.

No matter how wild our imaginations can be, they may not get the needed clarity to start up the realisation process until you write them down.
Even the Bible advises that we write it down (Habbakuk 2:2); That sudden burst of idea, imagination, inspiration, plan, process, vision, plan - write them down.

Many times I have felt relief from stress by simply writing my feelings in the moment. So, you see that, writing is a stress reliever.

There's balm in writing. So, take up your pen and get that healing you need now.

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒈𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒘𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒕𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒌, 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉?

Happy August.
