MY UDARA CRAVINGS (WORTH THE WAIT)
Udara (as it is called by the Igbo people), commonly known as Agbalumo by the yorubas and African Star Apple by the English man, is a nourishing fruit containing vitamin C.
Recently my craving for udara has made me begin to wonder. I never ever felt like this about a fruit before. Never! Not to talk of a fruit that has not reached its mature season.
The craving makes me remember that there are times and seasons and so I must wait for the right season.
But the more the craving, the more it kind of strikes me that God probably triggered this craving to teach me something.
There is time for everything, try and understand that this is a principle. (May God help me to redeem the time, making use of every opportunity. To do this, I need wisdom which is the principal thing)
Sometimes udara looks really sweet on the outside but alas you are disappointed at the taste. Other times, it doesn't look it but the taste is wow. I have been hit by some deceptive udaras because the little drops of their content dropped on the tip of my tongue and I thought I was good to go until I proceeded to devour the entire content and I got the bitter story of my life (This may be your life story). Find remedy while you still may. Spew it out! and wait aright!
Many times my selection is wrong because i tend to go by the look of freshness or redness of the outer part of the fruit and I just have to bear the 'slaps' from the fruit(sour) because I bought it with my money. Lol.
Please is there an experienced person who is so perfect at the picking of sweet udara? (Raise your hand let me see you) for even the experienced can be disappointed at his or her choice.
Even when the season of udara comes, one has to be careful not to go and rush to the available.
While I thought to wait for my udara sadly even though patiently, I remember bro John in the movie Gbemi. He said God has a waiting room and in the room is a TV, when you are in it relax and watch it. I believe it is watching the word of God come to pass with smile and patience.
From experience, we wait and appear to be waiting but we are actually not waiting, we are just wasting. We fill up our lives with all forms of temporary junks in the body to whole away time while awaiting the expected.
What are you waiting for actually? Is it something of worth, something that requires a lot of care to handle. If that's the case, it is worth the wait.

Oh yes it's not easy to wait, especially when it's something or someone that's completely desired. You want it so badly you would do anything to make it come to you quickly... no time to check time.
Many times those seemingly unanswered prayers that keep you holding on and waiting for a manifestation, require a whole lot of patience.
It is worth the wait when you keep trusting God
It is worth the wait when you don't cut corners and try to help God like you are a master strategist
It is worth the wait when you live holy presenting your self daily to him.
It is worth the wait when the wait is in God.
Abraham waited while having his eyes steadfastly on God and His instruction, not minding some even legitimate distraction.
Jesus waited and patiently endured the cross.
I have learnt that while I wait for and God, I must learn to wait in Him. Otherwise the wait gets longer.
The children of Israel waited for their deliverance but they did wrongly and it led them to many years of rigmarole in the wilderness. While some died waiting, others missed out on the main goal - the promised land.
While you are waiting, do not make others miss out, do not mislead others, do not be bitter like Moses' sister was.
While you wait, be useful and be ready!
